ERTE Beauty shop (BIT: Beauty 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) successfully automated work of beauty shop ERTE by means of the software product "BIT: Beauty".

The ERTE salon provides a full range of hairdresser's and cosmetic services. The management of salon was interested in implementation of the software product allowing to integrate in one program blocks for the solution of the following tasks:

Maintaining customer base; Inventory control; Settlement with suppliers; Pricing; Accounting of employees and equipment; Record of clients; Accounting of the rendered services and sales; Accounting of cash flow and payments.

As the program meeting the requirements of salon the specialized software solution "BIT was selected: Beauty", integrated about "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting for Ukraine". The program allowed to automate material accounting, to provide "binding" of sales to payroll of employees, to automate accounting and drawing up the regulated reporting.

Thanks to automation in salon it was succeeded to increase considerably performance of our employees, to improve customer service quality, to exclude regrading, to reduce time for carrying out inventory. Both administrators of salon were trained in BIT to use of the program that allowed to use correctly and effectively the solution.
