Content

The Alfa-Soft integrator completed implementation in the HOTEL AS hotel complex of programs "1C-Rarus: Restaurant + bar + Cafe, edition 2.5" and "1C: A public catering 8", the press service of developer reported on April 9, 2013.

Start

For high-quality service the management made the decision to automate accounting in work of restaurant staff and coffee shop.

Optimal solution for automation of the enterprises of a power supply of the customer are "1C: Public catering 8" and "1C-Rarus: Restaurant + bar + Cafe, edition 2.5". The Alfa-Soft company took part in the project.

Implementation

During the project work sections are automated:

  • Production – a system allows to carry out production analysis of dishes, to control production volume and the used ingredients;
  • Inventory control – using a system warehouse stocks are quickly controlled that allows to fill up them in time, purchases at suppliers are organized more effectively;
  • Retail sales – automation allowed to calculate quickly visitors using the installed equipment on a cash and non-cash method;
  • Settlement with suppliers and buyers – using the program order entry, checkwriting, the accounts is organized. The order which came to a system at once is printed on the printer in kitchen that allows to start its accomplishment immediately;
  • Payroll calculation – a system allows to control development of waiters;
  • Personnel records.

Integration with the system of placement thanks to which the enterprises of a power supply transfer data on the dishes and drinks ordered by the client to the center of acceptance and control of accommodation of clients of hotel is configured. The staff of service of acceptance considers it in joint account which is shown to the client on departure from hotel.

Result

The management of the enterprises of a public catering noted profit increase.
