1C-Rarus: Restaurant + Bar + Cafe

The configuration is developed on the basis of basic objects of a 1C system: The enterprise, can be used with the components "Financial Accounting", "Operational accounting", "Calculation", and represents the ready-made solution for process automation of retail sale at catering establishments using a retail store equipment.

The configuration can be used as independently, and together with the standard solution "1C-Rarus: A public catering" editions of 6 Standard and Prof versions, at the same time this configuration will execute Front-Office role while TR "1C-Rarus: The public catering" will execute Back-Office role.

The standard solution allows to create specialized personal jobs of the following workers:

  • Administrator of the automated control system for trade process
  • Manager of change
  • Cashier
  • Waiter
  • Bartender

Specialized ergonomic interfaces, including using Touch-Screen displays, all necessary actions allowing to implement according to the functions executed by the staff of the enterprise are applied to creation of the automated jobs in the standard solution:

  • A set of orders from clients from different tables of the hall of restaurant or from a bar counter. Order entry is performed using nomenclature positions and their properties which can also change the retail cost of dishes. Otcherka of orders for determination of a priority of preparation of dishes can be also used. At order entry "history" of change of its structure remains
  • Printing of customer orders on kitchen printers with automatic detection of the place of preparation
  • Input of discount cards and purpose of different types of discounts
  • Printing of prechek
  • Acceptance of cash and cashless payment, including with automatic authorization of payment cards
  • Probitiye of the check by request on a fiscal registrar. Accomplishment of returns by the punched checks, accomplishment of quick sales with probitiy the check without creation of the order
  • Complete or partial transfer of the freight train of the order between tables and waiters
  • Closing of cash change with creation of day sales statements in different analytical cuts with preserving of archive of the punched checks
  • Write-off of unpaid items of orders
  • Obtaining reporting under results of implementation/goods write-off
  • Status monitoring of orders in restaurant halls
  • Flexible configuration of a configuration of jobs, user rights and retail store equipment

The set of the combined drivers of a retail store equipment allows to connect the built-in and external user components of device management. The management system for a retail store equipment allows to use the devices connected to different computers of network from any workplace.
