The functional unit Documents allowing responsible persons to place files, to select the list of employees or departments which need to study information is developed. Each selected confirms acquaintance by means of the SMS.
The system of reminders for employees and heads is provided if acquaintance with the document did not happen.
The modules allowing to automate internal business processes are created. The functionality of work with the reporting under signing of each document is configured, an opportunity to look at the list examined (with date and time of confirmation) is implemented. In case of changes in documents all old versions automatically remain in archive.
