On February 18, 2016 the Forus company announced implementation of the automation equipment of retail on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in trade group "Vostok Kosmetik".
Project Task
Development of own retail network – one of the TG "Vostok Kosmetik" priority directions. Earlier for operational accounting of the company the program which did not allow to control quickly a remaining balance of goods and to plan purchases, to calculate actual cost of goods, to manage profitability and the range of shops was used. On opening of shop not less than 3 weeks left.
The company needed the information system helping:
- organize operational inventory control,
- provide permanent existence in shops of a wide range of products,
- increase the speed and service quality of buyers,
- accelerate opening of shops.
For the solution of assigned tasks selected products 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Retail 8. Group of companies became the partner in implementation Forus.
Project Progress
The project was executed within seven months. During this time at the central office unrolled the 1C: Trade Management 8 system, and in shops – 1C: Retail 8 to which connected a retail store equipment:
- fiscal registrars,
- acquiring terminals for bank card payment,
- data collection terminals for inventory and goods acceptance,
- scanners of barcodes,
- displays of the buyer.
For automatic unloading of all documents on merchandising configured data exchange between systems 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Retail 8.
Project Results
The Forus group automated retail stores of trade group "Vostok Kosmetik".
The system created on the basis of solutions 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Retail 8, helped to organize accounting of products in a warehouse and in retail stores of the company.
Timely deliveries of goods to outlets are provided. Management of marketing stocks and programs of loyalty is optimized. Service of buyers at the checkout accelerated. Control of profitability of business is strengthened. For the first year of use of a system the customer could increase retail network by 2.5 times, quantity regular customers doubled.
A system on the basis of solutions 1C: Trade Management 8 also 1C: Retail 8 helped to reduce time and costs for opening of new shops, allowed to manage more flexibly the range and pricing, provided operational exchange of documents with suppliers. Began to start more simply and quicker actions for clients, there were ample opportunities for work with programs of loyalty that helps us to hold the available buyers and to attract new.
