Ekoalyans LLC completed an implementation project of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". Integrator in the project RITs company.
Start
As a result of reorganization of "The Ural electrochemical plant", the independent organization Ekoalyans LLC was selected.
The management of the new enterprise made the decision - to use the Russian ERP system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" for complex automation of activity of the enterprise.
As the partner for implementation of an information system the RITs company is selected ("Regional information center "1C").
Solution
Within the executed project the following functions are automated:
- Calculation of planned and actual cost;
- Management of production processes;
- Sales management;
- Purchase management and vendor relations;
- Management of warehouse stocks;
- Time recording of employees;
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Personnel records and payroll.
Result
On project deliverables 20 jobs are automated. In the unified information system work: planned and technology group (PTG), sales office, department of logistics (DL), accounting, warehouse economy, department of quality, economic department.
Since December, 2011 the software product works in the mode of commercial operation.
The project manager from Ekoalyans LLC, Maneev Sergey Aleksandrovich noted: "As the main result received in connection with implementation of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" it is possible to note obtaining the transparent information management system. Accounting quickly and without errors prepares the accounting and tax reporting, economists had an opportunity to structure cost value, production department plans works and prepares the necessary reporting, the management receives necessary managerial indicators".
