ANT-CS has implemented a production planning system at Ecobiotech. ANT-CS announced this on November 13, 2025.

Implementation took place within the framework of the project on digital transformation of production planning processes of the enterprise.

The key challenges faced by Ecobiotech were the fragmentation data and lack of automation of production process planning. Corporate information was stored in several departments: in production, warehouse and in the department. logistics

The company's management set out to create a unified system of end-to-end planning and control of production programs, overcome the fragmentation of data between production, warehouse and logistics, and minimize the likelihood of errors in production planning. The solution was the APS-system "OptIMUS," developed by "ANT-CS."

The implementation of the project consisted of two stages. At the first stage, the ANT-CS team conducted an audit: it analyzed 20 key operational and business processes of the company and assessed the current level of automation of production. The audit resulted in the development of a comprehensive plan for the digital transformation of the enterprise.

The second stage, implementation, took three months. During the deployment of the APS system, the vendor's specialists performed the following works.

• They digitized regulatory reference information on production flow charts, workplaces and equipment, capacity and storage nomenclature of warehouses.
• The criteria for the optimal plan were determined.
• Developed a planning model.
• Developed planning dashboards.
• We have developed regulations for planning and dispatching processes.
• Developed regulations for the operation and maintenance of the system.
• We conducted training for employees.

The introduction of the OptIMUS system allowed the company to move from reactive to proactive production management. Ecobiotech received a tool for accurate planning, improved flexibility to changes in market demand, reduced operating costs and increased the economic efficiency of production.
