On February 28, 2014 the White Wind company announced control automation by production of Ekookna LLC on the platform software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management".

Project Tasks

The company opened more than 40 representations in regions of Russia, the number of clients, orders increased. In these conditions the company had difficulties with production planning and shipments of products to customers. Claims of dealers for violation of a complete set of orders became frequent.

Control of work of divisions and acceptance effective management decisions as each division resolved issues of internal automation in own way were at a loss. Synchronization of activity of divisions, effective resource allocation between them required transfer of work of representations to interaction with uniform information base.

Relevant task for the enterprise - automation of cost accounting of products. In the absence of the production cost accounting, profit according to customer orders was often lower settlement, and attempts to be insured from a loss due to price increase weakened positions of the enterprise in competitive struggle. For formation of competitive prices cost analysis by each order was required.

The important task represented optimization of a payroll system of workers on production.

As the platform of an information system selected the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management program. As the partner in implementation invited White Wind company.

Project Progress

In two months after the beginning of the project the program was put into operation in 190 workplaces. Services of supply, production, sales and logistics, personnel management are automated.

Project Results

Main results:

  • automation of accounting in a warehouse allowed to trace a holiday of supplies and component parts in production and also always to have up-to-date data about their existence;
  • materials and component parts are reserved under the specific order, and time for formation and delivery of orders from suppliers was reduced on average by 1.5 times;

  • production is transferred to the production mode "just in time";
  • in a system the mechanism of calculation of production time and delivery of the order of the buyer taking into account load of key production is implemented. Production managed to be increased by 12%;
  • use of barcoding helps to control a complete set of orders when loading in the vehicle that minimizes cases of an underdelivery of products and component parts;
  • the personnel of production are transferred to a piece-work pay, the clear scheme of motivation is entered that increased development of personnel on average by 10%;
  • the expanded analysis of cost value helps to compare planned and actual cost of each order to detailing on different items of expenditure, measures of economy are developed and production costs are reduced by 4% that helped to reduce prices for products and to improve positions of the company in competitive struggle.

As a result, production volumes and sales increased, the profit of the company increased.
