UK "Bashneftekhim" implements the electronic passport of the worker

On February 28, 2014 PEAK Systems announced input in trial operation of an automated system the Electronic passport of the worker based on Bashneftekhim Training center.

Project Results

On December 27, 2013 the Bashneftekhim Training center started operation of an automated system "The electronic passport of the worker" implemented by PEAK Systems company.

System implementation provides:

• Reduction of risk of providing by the worker of false information on education and qualification, and, as a result, reduction of risk of collecting penalties from the enterprise and attraction to the criminal and administrative responsibility (according to the current legislation, for abuse of regulations of compulsory education sanctions in the form of a penalty up to 300 thousand rubles, suspension of activity can be imposed up to disqualification of the head);
• risk minimization of emergence supernumerary, abnormal and emergencies and also cost minimization owing to idle times of production, ecological damage, industrial injuries, etc. at the expense of the automated control of admission to production operations and the accompanying verification of electronic certificates;
• an opportunity to arrange and automate planning process of training of employees and also to control success of the provided training and obtaining the electronic certificate;
• possibility of creation of the interactive personified system of informing personnel. The interactive system of the remote notification through network of remote terminals infomats with "personal accounts of the worker" will allow to inform workers on any events, whether it be "lightning" about occupational accidents, new orders, etc., with a possibility of confirmation by the worker of the fact of acquaintance with the provided information.
