Till 2002 we calculated the salary independently, and since 2002 passed to outsourcing. About two reasons decided to address the outsourcing company. First, for respect for complete confidentiality, i.e. in the company only one official who possesses information that where when it also to whom is paid. Secondly, expense reduction. At the appeal to the outsourcing company there are unnecessary corresponding positions in accounting, department of programmers, the special software for payroll. Thereby the company saves on the equipment of the jobs and expenses connected with ensuring settlement process of the salary directly in the company including on the salary of the corresponding specialists. The contractor, in return, bears liability for quality and timeliness of calculations.

At that stage (the end of 2001) outsourcing was service, rather new to the Russian market, therefore it was difficult to select any decisive factors for determination of the contractor. More likely, the choice was intuitive, based on feeling "we trust – we do not trust".

The transient period did not cause special difficulties. Process was controlled by our chief accountant – very experienced and responsible. Finance division interacts with the outsourcing company also now, communicating by e-mail.
