Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

1. Requirements gathering to a system on management accounting is carried out: collecting of actual costs of the performed works on contracts. 2. The production module taking into account specifics of a production process of the Customer is developed and a system for work of employees is customized. 3. Testing and delivery of works to key staff of the Customer is held. 4. Initial training of staff of production departments is provided. 5. The agreement on maintenance of a system of the Customer is signed.

Maintenance:

  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
  • The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
  • At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made

Description

Automation reasons: 1. Opacity of production process, loading of production sites. 2. Impossibility to estimate cost value of the executed contracts and to predict a possibility of the conclusion of transactions in the future.

The purposes facing the Contractor - Soft-Unity Group: 1. Automation of a production process/cycle. 2. Calculation of actual costs on accomplishment of orders.

The available software was purchased in 2010 when in the market there were no alternatives allowing to keep production and regulated account in uniform information base. As a basis for creation of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected.

Implementation of subsystems of regulated accounting, production part by calculation of actual costs on contract performance, personnel records and payroll calculation is at the moment complete. In plans for the future: automation of planning of production cycles, budgeting, data exchange with EDMS.

The automated sections: 1. Accounting and tax accounting (OS, materials, settlement with partners, cash desk, bank, calculation of ZP, closing of the period, formation of the regulated reporting). Cash management. 2. Personnel records and payroll calculation. 3. Accounting and calculation of managerial cost value.

In total 50 jobs are automated.

Results of system implementation of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" in EKOMET-S Ltd: for heads and chief engineers – reports on loading of production sites, formation of secondary waste on each section; for heads – an opportunity to obtain data on actual cost of the contract by cost items.
