2020: A grant on system implementation of management of collecting and utilization of TKO

The project "System implementation of management of cooperation production of collecting and utilization of solid utility waste based on the digital Magenta platform received a grant on digital transformation of the company from the Russian fund of information technology development. On January 12, 2021 the Madzhenta Development company reported about it.

In a project deliverable the special platform of the address with waste will be developed. A system will represent a unified digital medium which will provide process optimization on all cooperation chain – the regional operator – carriers – polygons – the enterprises of sorting and processing.

Using the platform the Regional operator will increase service quality on export of waste, will be able to control a status of infrastructure of housing and public utilities and to guarantee transparency of processes at all levels of internal, state (municipal) and national control. A system will allow to keep end-to-end account of the movement from places of accumulation to places of burial after sorting and processing.

The regional operator already has experiment on implementation of IT solutions. On each section from the container platform to a polygon the issue of control is resolved by separate IT tools. Garbage trucks are equipped satellite system GLONASS and the movement of the equipment is monitored in real time. For entrance on a polygon it is used identification on To the QR code, garbage trucks are weighed and photographed, and data about the weight of TKO are automatically given century base.

Ahead work on improvement of separate components and creation of a single system of management of cooperation production of collecting and utilization of solid utility waste is necessary.

Implementation of the digital platform will allow to control all processes in the field of the address with TKO, to collect and analyze information at each stage. And if there is some failure, for example, breakdown of the equipment, utility accident which will not allow to pass to the container platform, or congestion on the road, all these daily nuances the program will consider and redistribute flows so that export of TKO was performed in certain time and trouble-free, - Mikhail Zakharov, the director Ekostroyresurs commented.

Achievement of goals of the national Ecology project requires creation of other management system for cooperative production which will allow to keep in real time planning and account on all chain of cooperation of all participants of the sphere of circulation from TKO.
