2020: Start of a self-service portal
On July 23, 2020 the Innoware company announced start in Elcore Group of the Self-service portal of partners developed based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals.
Cooperation between the companies continues more than five years. Throughout this period specialists of Innoware implemented several projects. Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals became logical continuation of business development of the holding focused on formation of transparent and productive cooperation with the partners. A main objective of implementation of the Portal – reaching the modern level of communication at which 24/7 partners have access to Elcore Group services and can quickly make decisions and inform the clients on a current order status.
Implementation of Dynamics 365 Portals expanded presence of Elcore Group at network. Thanks to synergy of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals with modern ERP and CRM systems (MS Dynamics AX 2012 MS Dynamics 365 for Sales), having come into the personal account, on the Self-service portal of Dynamics 365 Portals – partners of Elcore Group can see all information necessary for productive and convenient work, in particular: the history of orders and settlement, price lists, including partner discounts and the prices, invoices for payment, etc. All information is available by dates, invoices, products, order numbers, etc. Based on all these data, any partner of Elcore Group can create independently at any moment of day and night the new order and to keep track of the status existing and also if necessary to submit the appeal to department of service maintenance of Elcore Group. Also within the project integration Dynamics 365 Portals with the ZOOMOS system which delivers the detailed information on goods (attributes, descriptions, photos) for their placement on the Portal was executed.

Start of Dynamics 365 Portals happens in several stages. The first access to the portal will be got by the Belarusian partners. Further the Self-service portal will be available to all partners of the company located in Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.

Specialists of Innoware at the beginning of 2016 in Elcore Group the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 was started, the next stage implements the Customer Relationship Management System (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) using which there is sales management and service maintenance.
