On July 9, 2015 the company of Cliques System announced an implementation project of CRM "Click. Business management", on the platform "Bmicro. Klient-Communicator".

Project Tasks

The project on automation system implementation in "Elektroplast" began in 2011. With development of the company also the CRM system developed.

For project launch, the sales department of the company received orders on several channels:

  • e-mail,
  • phone,
  • skype
  • form on the website.

Information on partners was provided separate, the specifications to requests presented in tables of Excel were often lost. Status monitoring of each order represented labor-intensive process for the staff of purchasing department. The absence of one of purchasers in a workplace led to failures to meet time constraints of accomplishment of orders. On determination of purpose of orders and marking already ready to be shipped acceptors of products in China spent a large number of time. Warehouse workers of acceptance often mistakenly sent to clients incorrectly completed orders - they were confused in number of the received packagings and shipment documents.

Project Results

Implementation optimizes business processes of divisions of "Elektroplast":

  • purchasing department and commerce,
  • warehouse department and acceptors of products in China,
  • accounting and company management.

280 users are connected to the unified information system, to 38 users access through Web Click is configured. The project is implemented by SoftPages.RU company.

Work of sales department is automated, manual entry of information is minimized, customer interaction of the company and accounting is optimized. The functionality of IT solution allows to configure document templates and to unload only up-to-date data in 1C.

Information on payment of orders comes automatically when accounting updates payments. A system calculates profitability of each order that helps the management of a message analytics and to predict a wages amount and bonus payments to each employee of sales department.

The aggregated information on orders grouped in the countries, suppliers to delivery dates and responsible managers of sales department became undoubted advantage to purchasing department. For execution of the request the supplier, the purchaser need less than one minute that is much more effective in comparison with 20 minutes spent earlier.

Use "Click. Business management" reduced time for accomplishment of routine transactions of acceptors of products in China. Using specially developed web interface, the staff of territorially remote office got the configured access to the single database. Integration of the CRM system into the device of determination of weight and printing allowed managers to weigh boxes and to print labels, processing and marking the order.

As soon as products arrive on a warehouse of the central office of the company, using reading of a barcode there is a change of an order status from "is sent" in received". Warehouse workers, based on data of a system, obtain reliable information to each order:

  • the washed-up account in whole or in part is built,
  • it is paid or not,
  • it is necessary to send the order to the client or it will take away it independently.

For July 8, 2015 CRM "Click. Business management" - an integral part of business of Elektroplast company in which the majority of business processes of the enterprise is involved.
