NIPK "Electron" implemented a project management information system

Implementation of a project management information system in the field of development and production of new products began in NIPK "Electron" in 2013 and was complete in a short time that allowed to provide the company with the solution ready for operation, considering his individual needs for calendar, resource and financial planning of the project activity.

Dynamic business development of NIPK "Electron", including output to the market of a number of new products in a line of the medical diagnostic equipment, upgrade of the existing models of devices and an output to the market of complete solutions for different medical specializations, one of the main priorities of the company in the short term - automation of process of management of projects on development and production of new products defined. With respect thereto the decision to implement at the enterprise a project management information system which will allow to create a unified environment for information storage on projects, to plan and coordinate working plans of divisions and also to timely control accomplishment of assigned tasks was made.

A system received own name in the company - "KAPRIKORN" (coordination, planning and control).
