As part of the project Robovoice , he introduced voice boat call center Elegra in the network of medical clinics to automate the process of confirming the appointment of patients.
Instead of contact center operators, the bot calls about 1,000 patients who have made an appointment every day to confirm a visit to the doctor. On the eve of the visit to the specialist, the voice bot contacts the clients of the clinic, reminds of the record, voicing the doctor's specialization, as well as the date and time, and specifies whether the patient plans to visit the clinic. Taking into account the feedback, the bot confirms or cancels the record.
Thanks to the ability to make an unlimited number of calls at the same time, the virtual employee copes with calling on average 6 times faster.
Robovoice technologies allowed Elegra to significantly reduce the cost of communication with customers, effectively plan the employment of specialists in medical centers and eliminate "windows" in the schedule of doctors, as well as improve client service.
