The company of "Elite Ukraine" automates accounting of the enterprise

Specialists "1C: The first BIT" ("1C: Accounting and Trade") completed the project on business process optimization at the Kiev office of the company of "Elite Ukraine" implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine software product, the company contractor reported on February 6, 2013.

Background

Increasing reliability of accounting information and preventing negative results of business activities of firm, the guide of the customer made the decision - to automate the main aspects of division of accounting.

Solution

The company "1C undertook to implement the project: The first BIT". In a work progress her specialists installed and configured the 1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine program (a set on 5 users), provided user training.

Within the project are automated:

• accounting of taxes and accounting;
• accounting of transactions with money;
• accounting of banking and cash activities;
• accounting of settlings with partners;
• fixed asset accounting, intangible and invaluable assets;
• payroll accounting, the personnel and personified accounting.

Result

According to the customer, as a result of project implementation the quality of formation of reporting documents improved. The procedure of interaction between departments became simpler: the efficiency of data exchange and their objectivity increased.
