2019: Strategic Project Management System

A system for managing strategic projects of one of the largest oil companies in Kazakhstan - EmbaMunaiGas JSC has been created.

The company's portfolio includes more than 60 strategic, operational and capital construction projects. A project management department has been created, which performs the functions of the project office, the rules and methodology of project management have been developed.

To automate project management processes, the company's management needed a flexible tool that would quickly receive up-to-date information about the status of projects, warn of problems, and effectively manage the load of employees on projects. So it was decided to implement a project management information system based on the ADVANTA platform.

Implementation Project Objectives

The system made it possible to improve the control of resources, the implementation of calendar plans and the receipt of operational reports - dashboards - for top managers, as well as predict the possible risks of projects and escalate them to senior management for making important management decisions. "
