"The empire the Grandee" completed the project of business consulting

On February 20, 2014 became it is known of end by specialists of First BIT in St. Petersburg complex consulting and the analysis of all processes in the field of transport logistics for Empire Grandee company is executed.

Project Progress

During the consulting project it was necessary to solve problems:

• define accurate areas of responsibility between departments;

• develop the technologies allowing to prevent failures to meet time constraints of delivery and installation of finished products.

• tools on forecasting of necessary number of assemblers not to allow formation of queue on installation;
• the stage of automation of the main production processes is begun: measurement, delivery and installation.
