Energokonsalt implements robotic EDMS

The Energokonsalt company signed the agreement with Cognitive Technologies on system implementation of electronic document management on the platform of robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates", the press service of vendor reported on February 21, 2013.

Background

The customer company conducts a large number of the technical documentation connected with data collection and processing about use of energy resources. With respect thereto increased requirements to document flow take place - confidence is necessary for users that the addressee will study documents in the shortest possible time.

The choice "E1 Euphrates" is caused by presence at the system of broad functionality, flexibility of setup and administration.

Specialists of Cognitive Technologies company will carry out commissioning. Training of staff of the enterprise in work with E1 is planned.

According to terms of reference, it is necessary to automate process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, to differentiate access rights to documents, depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality.
