NPO Energomash automated jobs in the assembly shop

On March 5, 2019 the DeLight 2000 company announced a zeversheniye of the project on equipping by means of information display of jobs of collectors in the assembly shop of rocket engines of NPO Energomash.

The task was in that in the course of work the staff of NPO Energomash refused technologies on paper carriers at assembly of liquid rocket engines and could see all necessary information on individual monitors. At the same time monitors and keyboards should be executed in industrial execution, have protection against dust and moisture of a class not below IP 65. Placement of monitors in workplaces – on workbenches of large-block assembly and also at three levels of building berths of assembly tables was other condition. For this purpose specialists of DeLight 2000 developed special fastenings which not only maintain the weight of an industrial monoblock and the keyboard, but also allow to move the monitor in space on necessary axes. During the project it was also offered to use sets of industrial tablets for those employees who in a work progress constantly move on workshop. Such tablets are steady against blows and are delivered with shoulder bags which fasten on a body of the person and, in case of need, allow to involve in work two hands at once.

Thanks to project implementation the staff of NPO Energomash participating in assembly on workbenches can open the necessary instructions on screens of monoblocks, paper documents will not be lost and disturb in a workplace. It became more convenient to work at assembly tables, the danger of accidental falling of standard sheets on subject to assembly disappeared.

Within implementation of "The strategy of development for information technologies" in NPO Energomash transition from paper documents and drawings to digital technologies is performed. Implementation of modern tools will increase efficiency of staff of the enterprise, will accelerate build process and its quality. While our specialists get used to work with the installed equipment, monoblocks and tablets are used only for viewing information. An opportunity in the future to get advice of specialists using a video conferencing is provided: for this purpose a part of monoblocks is equipped with video cameras and microphones. We are going to automate further jobs of collectors, in particular, the possibility of use of technologies of the mixed reality when information, necessary for assembly, is displayed not a monoblock any more, and on the AR helmet screen is considered.
