2020: Completion of the development and implementation of the Knowledge Base software complex

On February 10, 2020, Hawk House Integration, the developer of automated solutions, announced the completion of the project for the development and implementation of the Knowledge Base software complex on the AMBER platform for the energy sales company Energosbyt Plus JSC.

The main goal of the project was to create a single information space for employees and customers with a convenient and prompt search for data on content connected to the system.

Project Objectives:

  • Consolidate information from heterogeneous and disparate sources in the Knowledge Base with a user-friendly interface;
  • Ensure that the data are up-to-date;
  • Ensure that employees' competencies are tested;
  • Provide the ability to quickly search for the necessary information according to the specified parameters.

The solution is implemented on the AMBER platform. During the project, the following tasks were solved:

  • A structured data warehouse has been created that combines internal information sources of the company (including a contact center, site, file resources).
  • You have set up business processes for responsible executors to update sources within their rights and authorizations, rank them, and notify users of important changes.
  • You have set up tools to set and monitor tasks.
  • We have developed tools for convenient and fast context search, taking into account word forms throughout the content, including the content of attached documents.
  • Internal testing of users is automated to determine their level of competence.

Alexander Ivlev, CEO of Hawk House Integration, believes that at a certain stage of development, any company, regardless of the field of activity, faces the need to effectively manage the accumulated knowledge. The knowledge base is a tool that allows you to minimize time to solve typical problems, optimize internal processes, preserve past experience, and quickly adapt the received personnel. Knowledge base management is a continuous process that includes updating content, training and testing users, and connecting additional information sources.

All work was carried out strictly according to the schedule, taking into account our wishes.
