The Systems and Technologies Group of Companies has organized an intelligent energy accounting system based on the domestic software Pyramid 2.0 for the guaranteeing supplier of the Vladimir region - Energosbyt Plus. This was reported by "Systems and Technologies" on July 4, 2024.

The Vladimir branch of EnergosbyT Plus JSC provides electricity to 10 cities of the region, as well as 2 cities with heat. The organization conducts a set of works from accepting documents for concluding energy supply contracts to invoicing and managing debts for supplied energy resources for all categories of consumers.

The prerequisite for the project was the development of intellectualization of the energy industry in accordance with the national strategy for the introduction of digital technologies in key sectors of the economy. The implementation of the software platform is required to automate the accounting of energy resources, prompt monitoring of energy consumption, transparency of calculations and reliable power supply to consumers.

The task of the project is to build an information and analytical system for remote control of supplied energy resources with the ability to control from a single application software.

The platform automatically consolidates data from subscriber metering devices into the system for further processing. Software analytics functions help you calculate energy consumption and control the quality of energy supply, as well as track theft, failures and unauthorized interference in the operation of counters. To form accounts, the exchange of accounting data between the Pyramid 2.0 software and the billing system is configured.

An important element of the software was the remote load control mechanism. Using the built-in tools of Pyramid 2.0, the sales company can remotely regulate the supply of energy resources if necessary.

The ability to remotely control metering devices allows us not only to automatically receive readings, but also to fight debtors more efficiently. Our employees no longer need access to the shields, do not need to spend time visiting the facility when limiting or resuming the supply of the resource. All issues are resolved more quickly, - said Yulia Afonina, head of the department for work with accounts receivable of individuals of the company.

Thus, the introduction of an intelligent accounting system increases the payment discipline of consumers. Thanks to accurate and understandable accounts, people better understand how much they spend on energy resources, use energy more economically and pay bills on time, which leads to a decrease in debts.
