In "SRO Energoaudit the work on adaptation and implementation of the software solution 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 is completed. The 1C:VDGB company undertook to perform works on implementation.

Background

For optimization of planning of personal training and employee assessments, increase in efficiency on selection and training of personnel, the analysis of the current personnel structure the modern system of accounting of personnel is necessary. Conducting personnel records was complicated by separate storage of large volume of information and documents in divisions of HR department, considerable staff of the company, and also need of assignment to specialists of professional categories.

Taking into account it, the management "SRO Energoaudit makes the decision on creation of a universal system of personnel records, control, motivation and personnel recruitment which would allow to solve all listed problems in a complex.

Solution

1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 — the solution, ready to work, in which requirements of the legislation, real practice of work of the enterprises and global trends in development of methods of motivation and personnel management are considered. Application solution 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 automates the solution of the following tasks:
