Enerprom-Electronics automates production management - the first stage

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the first stage of the project of complex automation of Enerprom-Electronics on the basis of the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", the company reported on May 21, 2013.

Direction

Earlier in the company the information system for accounting automation was used. The program was not updated since 2011 and is significantly obsolete. There were difficulties with reporting. Due to the expansion of production need for obtaining operational information about production processes and labor costs appeared. The information system using which it is possible to organize high-quality conducting the regulated, production, inventory, personnel records and payroll and also management accounting was required for the enterprise.

Job

For the solution of assigned tasks selected the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product.

At the first stage of the project the program was installed in five workplaces. Initial tunings of a system are performed, user training is provided. Conducting accounting and tax accounting, purchase management is automated.

Result

Load of the employees working in the program decreased, the efficiency of their work increased, the transparency of accounting increased. The management got access to information on activity of the enterprise in real time.
