Content

On April 10, 2015 it became known of the project of creation of an information system by request of Engin LTD company. The integrator in the project Akbis company[1].

Project Tasks

Earlier operational and inventory control in the company were conducted in different information bases — on number of brands. In a separate system regulated accounting was organized. For planning of budgets spreadsheets were used. Difficulties of consolidation of data on activity of branches, planning of deliveries of products, processing orders of buyers, report generation to suppliers on sales in ten remote branches - everything happened long and was labor-consuming.

Growth of the company, expansion of a distribution network and staff caused need of creation of an information system for:

  • organizations of accurate inventory and trade accounting,
  • fast processing of the entering orders,
  • timely formation of supplier orders,
  • control of settlement with buyers.

It was required:

  • automate work of 150 sales representatives of the company
  • improve quality of financial planning,
  • implement the system of mnogourovny budgeting,
  • accelerate reporting according to IFRS.

Convenient tools for personnel management on KPI were required for HR department. Besides, it was necessary to organize package unloading of information on the website of tax administration.

For the solution of assigned tasks invited AKBIS company.

Project Progress

As a basis for creation of a system decided to use "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". For automation of work of mobile representatives selected a product "Agent Plus: Mobile Trade".

Project Results

Nigyar Geydarova, the head of financial department of Engin LTD in Azerbaijan, noted: "The information system constructed on a basis of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management created the base for business development of Engin LTD company in Azerbaijan. There was an opportunity to keep detailed management accounting, to execute operating and financial control, to make the raznourovnevy analysis of business. As a result, it provides transparency of accounting and that the most important, allows to develop effective management decisions. It is also necessary to note a contribution of AKBIS company which specialists are qualified by CIMA and DipIFR, rendered services in optimization of management accounting and preparation of the reporting under international standards, development of criteria for evaluation of a financial status of the company and its directions".
