Automation of Nevada Group distribution centers and warehouses

Nevada Group is a company in the food market of the Far East.

As of March 2022, EME implemented the system at a large RC in Artem. Area - 15,000 sq.m. 60 employees per shift. Two directions are automated - wholesale and retail.

Warehouse Features:

• mixed storage type
• 3PL transaction processing
• goods subject to state control - Fair Sign, Mercury
• Skoroport
• Cross-docking, pick-by-line.
• Temperature chamber (+ 2 - + 5C).
• Freezer (-18C)
• A lot of fine selection for wholesale.

Project Results:

• Fast processing of goods (especially for peroport) via transit schemes and PBL
• Taking into account the specifics of working with Fresh products
• Working with temperature conditions of the product holding
• Data Processing Features for Mercury, Fair Sign
• HSV measurement (integration with Kubiskan)

A transportation dispatcher module has been developed. Designed for the work of a transport logician for planning motor vehicles and forming routes. Implementation of EME module.

In the future, the EME.WMS system will be scaled into 50 warehouses, with a total area of ​ ​ more than 100 thousand square meters. Nevada Group warehouses are divided into four types:

• Distribution center;
• Regional warehouse;
• Consolidation warehouse;
• Hypermarket acceptance area.

EME.WMS provides functionality for all storage types.
