"CST Service" started service of the cash registers in Enter shops

The Russian service company "CST Service" entering into Maykor group began cooperation with federal retail network Enter. Within the agreement "CST Service" carries out maintenance of the cash registers (CR) installed in outlets under the Enter brand.

"CST Service" provides service maintenance of the equipment, warranty and post-warranty repair, registration of the cash register equipment and removal from accounting in tax authorities, timely replacement of CJ. The complex of the rendered services also includes consultation of users concerning operation of the cash registers. Service of the cash register equipment is carried out in 21 Enter shops to the CFD. All service works are performed in the "on-site service" format, i.e. the equipment is serviced on site operation, explained in "CST Service". Besides, the company performs technical support of the cash register equipment when opening new shops Enter through the whole country.

"Cooperation with CST Service company allows us to get quickly qualified technical support of the equipment in all shops Enter. For our company the main conveniences of work with 'CSTs Service' consist in the conclusion of one contract for shops in different regions and in use of uniform point of entry for monitoring of service works and control of accomplishment of orders" — the Chief information officer of Enter company Zaruyev Anton reported, having added also that "work smoothly in shops helps us to run qualitatively".
