This is an important step in the digital transformation of the company: now electronic document exchange with the State Construction Supervision (GOS) is available in 22 regions of the country. After the introduction of the system at all facilities under construction of the Etalon group, the total economic effect will be about 1 billion rubles. annually.

The General Work Log (OZHR) is one of the key documents at the construction site, where the progress of work, compliance with design solutions and all significant events are recorded. Its registration with the GOS is not just a formality, but an official confirmation that the facility is ready for construction.

Etalon has registered with the GOS Service for Novosibirsk a general work log in XML format for eight construction projects of the first stage of the Happiness in Koltsovo residential complex. The whole procedure went through "Contrust.As-built documentation" - a system developed by "Reference."

Now all as-built documents - LCA, incoming control log, concealed work inspection certificates (AOSR), acts of inspection of critical structures (AOC), as-built diagrams, test reports, quality documents, orders and others - will be created, signed and submitted to supervisory authorities online. This solution not only eliminates the need to collect and store thousands of sheets of paper (the total volume of paper documents for one object can occupy a cargo "gazelle"), but also radically speeds up processes.

"Contrust.As-built documentation" increases the efficiency of processes throughout the development framework. According to Etalon Group estimates, the total economic effect of the implementation of a system for one house with an area of ​ ​ 6.5 thousand square meters. m can reach 20 million rubles for the entire construction cycle. And the use of the system on all Etalon projects will provide a total economic effect of about 1 billion rubles a year.

The Focus-Stroynadzor system used by government agencies and the BuildBus integration bus, which provides data transfer between systems, are also involved in digital exchange with the seeker.
