On February 17, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced the project implementation in network of 10 car showrooms of Eurasia-Motors group of the Alpha Car system.
Project Tasks
The management of holding decided to upgrade information environment. Search of systems with ample functional and industry opportunities is carried out, the software package "Alpha Car" as a result is selected. The RS Consult company acted as integrator.
Project Progress
The project was unrolled in 10 car showrooms of Eurasia-Motors Group. Specialists of RS Consult automated nearly 300 jobs, having implemented all subsystems of Alpha Car, configured add-on modules of a subsystem of a time recording and customer relationship management.
The greatest number of completions is executed within automation of body workshop. For February 17, 2016 the Alpha Car system helps to keep rated account of supplies, to control their issue within change with automatic distribution of direct and indirect expenses, to detail sets of paints and varnishes by types of paint, the colored part, as its material and the area of damage. Reports on indicators of work of storekeepers and colourists form on changes, models, types of the colored parts.
Specialists configured interaction of the Alpha Car program with the 1C: Accounting 8 system, instruments of selection of spare parts and autoworks, the websites of motor shows, programs for formation of the distributor reporting and electronic document management.
Project Results
Use of programs expanded possibilities of her employees and more than by 5 times increased data acquisition speed.
The program allowed to build the effective system of pricing and the flexible system of discounts for all types of the rendered services. Efficiency analysis of work of sales department is controlled using "A funnel of sales". With its help the management assesses a situation on all department in general and also on each manager separately.
Using specialists of RS Consult transition from an old system to Alpha Car was made minimum loss. We received transparent and intuitive accounting of our specialized activity. Business processes of the company were processed and optimized that helped to reduce labor costs of employees. The mechanism of work in progress allowed warehouse specialists to exercise constant control behind the movement of spare parts in metalwork workshop. There was a unique, adapted for our requirements CRM subsystem. We are happy with results of transition and we consider it expedient, and expectations — justified.
