The Evraziysky holding automates document flow based on Euphrates

The Cognitive Technologies company announced that in Evraziysky holding system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation Euphrates began. For implementation of the first stage of the project by the customer the right to simultaneous operation of 43 users, 43 licenses of the module "Organizer" and 7 licenses of the module "Registrar" was acquired. As DBMS the MS SQL Server was selected. System implementation was executed by the partner of Cognitive Technologies in the Southern Federal District — General Computers company.

Scales of activity of Evraziysky holding impose increased requirements to quality of the organization of document flow therefore the company management made the decision to automate it based on the Euphrates system. The choice by the customer of this software product is based on successful results of its operation in "Vodokanal Rostov-on-Don" company.

Process of workflow automation of the unit manager of the holding located in Moscow is begun. Further it is supposed to replicate the Euphrates system in all organizations entering into Evraziysky holding that, as expected, will allow to systematize document flow of holding, to reduce time of decision making and to increase the level of performing discipline of employees.
