The corporate portal develops the principles of social partnership in EuroSibEnergo-Engineering company

The 1C-Bitrix company completed the works on implementation of a corporate portal for EuroSibEnergo-Engineering company on the platform "1C-Bitrix: Corporate portal".

Tasks

The management EuroSibEnergo-Engineering was faced by the purpose - to make information flows and development of corporate culture managed, to raise degree of satisfaction of workers with work, to develop the principles of social partnership between workers and administration. As one of priority tools for implementation of these tasks it was decided to use a corporate portal.

Implementation

At the first stage of the project the ready structure of the portal was arranged under the current needs of the company, then filled with necessary content.

After that the resource earned in the test mode that allowed to add quickly all sections necessary for structural divisions EuroSibEnergo-Engineering, tools, opportunities and solutions.

At the third stage users from the branches of the company located in Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg, Kazan and other cities of Russia and the neighboring countries joined work.

Thus, in the mode, convenient for the employees, "the virtual office" of the company where each of them could get from any point was gradually created and at any time from where everyone could work, always being in the general information field, despite geographical remoteness from each other.

Result

Work with internal documents of the organization, visual structure of the company, blogs, forums, the working groups, personnel tools, active use of a photo and video formats allowed the staff of the company numbering about 2 thousand people to automate, structure and accelerate the majority of the vital business processes and to gradually involve people in creation of the general working space.
