In Evrokholod group implementation of the CRM solution on the Klient-Communicator platform, development of Bmicro company is complete.

The companies of holding are engaged in construction of shops and equipment their refrigerating and other types of the equipment. The customer was going solve a problem of reduction of internal costs, operational partner interaction and suppliers by means of a common information space and automation of front office transactions. The CRM system had to reduce time of interaction between departments, reduce costs for preparation of documentation, provide online access to financial and analytical information and also provide resource management of mounting division.

Work on implementation of the project began in October, 2006 and took place in three stages. At first implementation priorities were defined, the system data structure is created, works on deployment, setup and commissioning of a core of the CRM solution are performed. At the second stage project department and department of logistics were automated. And at last, at the final stage financial and analytical blocks, automated management of work of mounting department were added to a system. The operability of a system was tested in actual practice.

According to the customer, implementation of the CRM system allowed to cover the majority of business processes of group in the field of customer acquisition, work with partners, project management, work planning and the cost accounting. Further development of a system in the company is going to be executed by forces of own IT specialists, with the assistance of the staff of supplier company.
