Evrostroy automates management and accounting in construction group

On June 10, 2014 it became known of participation of the company the First BIT in large-scale the project of automation of group of Evrostroy investment construction companies and implementation within the project of functionality of the BITS system. STROITELSTVO, in particular modules "Contractor", "Customer", "Mechanization and Motor Transport".

Project Tasks

In April, 2014 the management of the Evrostroy enterprise addressed system developers of BITS. CONSTRUCTION - to specialists of the company the First BIT with a question of automation of activity of the enterprise. At Evrostroy Group own motor transport and other resources therefore need of accounting and control of special equipment appeared is available.

Project Progress

At the beginning of May, 2014 partners started implementation of software products:

• BIT. CONSTRUCTION. Contractor
• BIT. CONSTRUCTION. Customer
• BIT. CONSTRUCTION. Mechanization and Motor transport.

For June 10, 2014 in Evrostroy company installation and setup of one more module – BIT is conducted. CONSTRUCTION. Property sale (is a part of product BITS: Construction).

Project Results

• Considerably the quality of conducting accounting and operational accounting increased;
• The cost accounting on construction, ready objects and settlings with shareholders and investors is organized;
• Construction programs simplified control of motor transport and special equipment;
• Abuses of regulations of operation of the equipment, unauthorized changes of reporting indications by drivers, etc. are eliminated.
