Evmkompleks, JSC (1C: Accounting)

December 25, 2014. The April Software company announced completion of automation managerial and accounting in EVM-kompleks LLC, using the 1C software product: A set of application solutions which is included by 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management which allowed the customer to keep full-fledged accounting and tax accounting and payroll also it was set and configured under needs of 1C Company: Trade management.

For simplification of accounting the following areas 1C: Accounting were finished:

• Possibility of creation at the end of the month on the payments mentioned definitely, invoices on services.
• The planned transfer of a remaining balance and reference books in pure base.
• Features of accounting of the VAT according to the requirement of the company of the customer are implemented.
• By request clients were added multiple external printed forms in program 1C.

In an effect synchronization of data between these software products, for convenience of submission of reports was configured.

At the moment effective cooperation of the companies continues, several permanent specialists of Department of Implementation for planned updating of software products, rendering consultations on remote access and quick response to requests on setup and completion of an automated system of 1C are assigned to EVM-kompleks company.
