The executive committee of Popular front implements EDMS

On March 4, 2014 the EOS Group company announced implementation in Executive committee "POPULAR FRONT "FOR RUSSIA" pilot system implementation of electronic document management "CASE".

Project Tasks

Activity of so large-scale public formation depends also on quality of the organization of the movement of documents in its executive bodies.

Need of solving of tasks of document flow, the growing flow of documents made relevant implementation in Executive committee of PEOPLE'S FRONT of a modern electronic document management system. The decision on pilot implementation of EDMS is made at the end of 2013, and the CASE system of EOS Group company is selected from the solutions presented at the market.

Project Progress

The contractor of the project - Unicsoft company. The project is implemented at the end of January – the beginning of February, 2014. Specialists of Unicsoft LLC in the shortest possible time conducted examination of the operating document flow, developed an implementation technique. Then a system was installed on the server and jobs.

During the project problems were solved:

• automation of registration of all document groups;
• ensuring control of execution of documents and instructions;
• quick search on citizens' appeals;
• scanning of documents with attachment of electronic images to registration cards;
• document registration, arriving by e-mail.

Project Results

Specialists of executive committee received the working system capable to further scaling both in respect of expansion of number of its participants, and in respect of increase in number of the automated processes. EDMS "CASE" allowed to arrange the movement of documents, it is essential to accelerate processes of work with information, to adjust the control level conforming to requirements.
