The Electronic DELO company completed scaling of the automation system of office-work of Electronic DELO in Executive committee of the CIS (Minsk).
Task
Initial implementation of EDMS "Electronic DELO" in the Minsk part of Executive committee of the CIS was performed in 2008. Automation of work of office that allowed to pass from the journal registration form of documents (the entering and outgoing correspondence, citizens' appeals) to automated using the unrolled system of different reference books was a project task.
Solution
In the fall of 2011 the management of Executive committee of the CIS made the decision on scaling of EDMS based as on need as much as possible to use all advantages which a system, and on positive operating experience can provide.
At the second stage of automation by users of a system there were heads of structural divisions and employees responsible for office-work. At setup of a system access isolation of users to documents and also to the corresponding instructions was provided. The offered appearance of virtual "desktops" allows to convey quickly to employees information on execution of instructions and also gives them the chance to see necessary fields of a registration card, without opening it.
Specialists of Elektronnoye DELO LLC offered new technology of work with documents in electronic form. According to it assistants to vice-chairmen of Executive committee of the CIS began work with draft resolutions in EDMS. It positively affected the speed of passing of instructions from the management to the contractor and allowed to exclude an excess stage in passing of the document (transfer of the resolution from paper carrier in a system).
During implementation all users underwent individual training according to their functions in EDMS, received personal instructions for work in a system.
