For automation of activity of project office of Executive committee of Kazan the cloud version PM Foresight was selected from implementation for the organizations of public sector. On May 27, 2020 the Project Practice company reported about it.

The project office works at Executive committee of Kazan since the end of 2016. Among subjects in which he is engaged, protection of the rights and the interests of subjects of business activity and optimization of municipal services for business.

Complex reforming of all processes of providing municipal services is conducted in Kazan for the last two years. Since 2020 47 municipal services are available to residents of Kazan in a digital format, these are 78% of all addresses.

At the end of 2019 for automation of activity of project office the cloud version PM Foresight from Proyektnaya praktika Group was selected. The cloud version Forsythe for a public sector includes a necessary and sufficient set of modules for the solution of standard problems of project management in municipal entities in implementations and also the access roles which are already configured according to standard scenarios of project activity.

Registers of projects, schedules and deshborda of heads became the most used system elements for colleagues from Kazan.

For us it was the first experience of use of project management in the daily activity. Thanks to interest of our management the command was created and the project task was set: simplify, arrange and transfer municipal services to a digital form. Starting implementation, we defined the list of services which we will optimize. Each service by us was described how the separate project.
