2019: System implementation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8"
On November 25, 2019 the company the First Bit announced updating of a system of personnel records at the Experimental Plant of Building Constructions (EPBC). Thanks to the implemented "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program it became simpler to staff of the enterprise to calculate salary and insurance premiums. They can automatically create also now 6-NDFL.
At the enterprise special attention is paid to the HR policy. That it was effective, before the staff of OZSK kept personnel records in the 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 system.
In 2018 1C Company stopped selling this software product, and in 2019 ceased to perform its support.
With respect thereto the management of OZSK decided to pass to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system of edition 3.1. Experts of The First Beat company implemented it at the plant.
We without problems transferred large volume of data from the old program to implemented. Configured it under specifics of activity of the customer. Performed synchronization of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management" system with the 1C: Accounting 8 program which at the enterprise was already used.
