Implementation of InStock WMS in the warehouse "Expert-pro" is complete

On July 3, 2019 the InStock Technologies company announced completion of implementation of InStock WMS on a warehouse of the operator of safe custody of Expert-Profi LLC.

The Expert-Profi LLC company provides services to large customers to distributors of food and drinks. In order that the quality of the provided services met customer requirements transparent accounting, high speed of selection, shipments of products and transparency of reports is necessary.

Earlier at Expert-pro company WMS of own development was set, but she did not cope with the growing warehouse turnovers, it was necessary to replace own WMS with new with more wide functionality and flexible configurations under each client. After the held tender the InStock WMS system was selected.

InStock WMS was faced by a problem of automation of a warehouse of Expert-pro company of the storage equipped with pallet racks with narrow-passage technology on 20,000 p/m and the mezzanine.

The narrow-passage technology has the features. Thanks to InStock WMS the control of pilers was optimized, the empty run is minimized and the movement a pallet in storage areas and choice ranks on the mezzanine is completely coordinated. Pallets in racks are placed taking into account the weight, dimensions and a class of goods, and the storage area of InStock WMS separated on temperature conditions, on clients and other parameters. For motivation of employees the module InStock Productivity was implemented. The module allowed to control, define KPI and to objectively estimate work more than 120 employees.

Direct data exchange with the systems of bailors was adjusted, personal accounts for clients where it is possible to create reports on billing are connected, to add the nomenclature, to control a remaining balance of goods in a warehouse and so forth.

All this in total increased the storage density, speed of selection of goods, turnover and performance of a warehouse in general. Automation of a warehouse under control of InStock WMS allowed Expert-pro company to add several profitable clients without additional investments.
