The FACEB Foundation automated this process with the PIX RPA solution. The PIX robot logs in and retrieves information, then generates a report that sends it to an enterprise network folder that unites all employees. Now every time an employee enters their workspace, the report is displayed on the screen so that only after reading the information can you continue your daily work.

It took 60 hours a month to collect and send information about the operational responsibilities of the company's employees. Thanks to the robotization of the process, the time per task was reduced to 4 hours per month.
