The Integrated Access Control System helps ensure the smooth operation of all the services of the Centre and at the same time is convenient for patients and visitors. The integrated system is based on RFID identification.

Employees of the Center use individual RFID cards or bracelets to enter and exit the Center, which allows to keep automated time records. The same cards are used by maids to open the room when cleaning.

Patients are selected to receive an RFID-tagged card or bracelet upon settlement. The RFID tag gives access to public areas and procedural rooms, and also serves as a key to the number.

Visitors to the Center also receive an RFID card or bracelet, which allows them to track their movement through the Center. Such a card is valid only for one day, therefore, the unauthorized presence of unauthorized persons on the territory of the Center is excluded.

SMARTKEY RFID label readers (38 readers in total) are installed at the points of passage. Each identification event is carefully recorded in the system. Based on the received information software environment, the BioSmart generates summary reports on patients visiting procedures, entering and leaving the Center and employees' time worked.
