FGC UES (Asset register)

"Federal grid company of the unified power system" (FGC UES) created in 2002 during reforming of the Russian power industry as the organization for management of the uniform national power grid (UNPG) completed an implementation project of the automated control system for maintenance and repairs "The asset register of FGC UES. The company has complex geographically distributed structure and provides functioning of 120 thousand km of transmission lines and 796 substations. The Energodata company specializing in providing complex services in automation of the enterprises of the electrical power industry and TopS Business Integrator company (file) were engaged in implementation. During project implementation a system was put into commercial operation in Executive Office of FGC and also eight of its branches - "Trunk power grids" of the Center, the Northwest, Volga, the South, the Urals, Western Siberia, Siberia and the East, including 36 main power networks companies.

As reported, the created system automates and supports in current status the register of the capital equipment and transmission lines of ENES according to uniform rules of methodology and classification of technical objects of FGC UES and also provides operational information about technical condition of the equipment, its utilization properties, the made repairs, maintenance and also tests and measurements. System implementation allows to carry out planning of repairs and also to carry out the accounting of actual costs on accomplishment of actions of maintenance and repair with the subsequent formation of the accounting and management reporting on repair activity.
