FGC UES provides the management of divisions of mobile office

CORUS Consulting Group together with ID-Management Technologies company implemented the solution "Mobile Office of the Head" in "Federal Grid Company of the unified power system" (JSC FGC UES) company. The solution is integrated with an electronic document management system based on EMC Documentum. Solution integration is performed within one month.

Solution

The implementation purpose – to provide to top managers and chiefs of structural divisions of JSC FGC UES the high level of mobility and efficiency in work with documents. Considering that the company is holding with complex geographically distributed structure, for effective interaction of all divisions very important that work with documents took place with the minimum delays. Besides, application of "Mobile office of the head" will allow to level partially a difference between working time of the structural divisions located in different time zones.
