Content

On August 13, 2013 the Smartengineering group announced completion of construction of the communication fiber lines (CFL) on one of objects of JSC FGC UES - substation (PS) Left-bank.

Project Tasks

Left-bank was required to carry out reconstruction of PS of 220 kV, having equipped it with communication fiber lines.

The substation Left-bank is an object of JSC FGC UES branch (2013)

Work on the project

During the project the Smartengineering group performed works:

  • construction of the linearly-cable constructions (LCC) of the fiber-optic communication line;
  • installation and commissioning of the digital information transmission system (DITS) based on the equipment ABB (FOX-515) and Cisco;
  • installation and commissioning of the equipment of High frequency channels of relay are sewn up;
  • installation of equipment of HF of communication of production of SIEMENS (PowerLink), including works on HF to accession;
  • installation and construction works on reconstruction of runs of 9 communication wires on PS of 220 kV Left-bank;
  • construction of unsolderings and inputs of the linearly-cable constructions (LCC) of the fiber-optic communication line on adjacent substations.

Project Results

In a project deliverable JSC FGC UES had additional abilities to manage the PS complex of 220 kV Left-bank:

  • reservation of communication channels in the direction from MES of Volga and the Samara PMES on PS of 220 kV of "KS-22', PS of 220 kV Left-bank, PS of 500 kV "Nitrogen' on the fiber-optic communication line;
  • reservation of data transmission channels of telemechanics, APCS, RZ and PA, etc. in the direction from MES of Volga and the Samara PMES on PS of 220 kV of "KS-22", PS of 220 kV Left-bank, PS of 500 kV Nitrogen on the fiber-optic communication line;
  • transmission channels of signals of RZA for reliable work of the RZA systems on 220 kV, adjacent to PS, Left-bank substations;
  • reserve dispatching RF channels of communication and data transmission of telemechanics;
  • 220 kV, reconstructed communication wires (mednozhilny) on PS, Left-bank (9 KLS), with run in the new all-substation operations control room (ASOCR).
