FGC UES completes implementation of technology of the analysis of productive activity

In situational analytical center of "Federal grid company of the unified power system" "The analysis system of productive activity" is put into operation. "Russian Corporation of Means of Communication" (RCMC) and Teyder Ltd took part in development, the Russian Telecom Equipment Company reported on November 27, 2012.

Objectives

SAPD was created for the purpose of improvement of technical policy of JSC FGC UES on the basis of the industry rating of efficiency and forecasting of technical condition of the equipment. The analysis system of productive activity allows to increase service quality of ENES due to modeling of corporate standards and creation of an analytical signal system.

During the project the "Analysis technique of productive activity of FGC UES" helping to reveal standard behavior of technical and economic indicators of network objects, to define the hidden patterns and the corresponding threshold values of acceptable deviations is developed. In a technique algorithms of calculation of specific indicators, ratings (integrated estimates) and also the principles of simulation modeling and forecasting on the basis of the revealed patterns are provided.

Result

Important achievement of the project can be considered development of the uniform industry index for the network companies (the rating presented in the form) which allows to estimate service quality of objects of ENES. This index received the name "Settlement Operational Technical Condition" and can be applied to objects of different levels: to substations, aerial lines, PMES, MES, FGC. The index can be calculated on different intervals (month, quarter, half-year, year) and to be used for development of management decisions by the management of the production block of FGC UES.

Besides, the first option of "signal system" for the production block of FGC UES which allows to reveal objects with the worst figures (for example, specific accident rate) on different intervals using different criteria is designed.
