FIA-Bank completed processing upgrade

On May 6, 2015 it became known of project completion of migration of an issue portfolio of the Visa and MasterCard cards of FIA-bank on processing KartStandart. The partner in the project of the CFT Group.

Project Tasks

Agreements on preparation for process of migration are reached a boundary by partners in November, 2014. From this point the parties prepared for migration of the portfolio numbering more than 50 thousand cards.

In the course of preparation the bank underwent certification in international payment systems of Visa and MasterCard on issue and acquiring of the cards of the EMV standard having the raised security level of transactions. Also the bank performed migration of Verified by Visa service, allowing to use mechanisms of two-factor authentication 3-D Secure in payment process of purchases via the Internet.

Project Progress

At capacities of bank the bureau of personalisation of bank cards giving to credit institution the chance of independent issue of personification of cards for clients that will reduce terms of transfer of ready maps is unrolled and will reduce cost value of their personalisation.

Project Results

Processing KartStandart is integrated into an IT landscape of FIA-bank by means of the operating products of the CFT Group: Core banking system of CFT Bank (Platform 1) and Faktura.ru Internet bank.

In January, 2015 FIA-Bank expanded functionality of the used system CFT Bank – applications for work with retail clients are brought into commercial operation. In February, 2015 the product line of financial institution for individuals was replenished with modern services of Internet and mobile bank on the Faktura.ru platform. Result of integration of products with PTs "KartStandart" the online interaction of elements of the IT system implementing information exchange in real time.

Now we can tell with confidence that FIA-Bank has the modern technology platform covering all pool of business processes in a segment of retail business of bank which will allow us to react quickly to change of consumer preferences and competitive environment in the market of bank retail".
