2020: Implementation of Galileosky terminals
Galileosky terminals control issue of fuel for the equipment of the Frakdzhet-Volga oilfield services company. Due to the lack of electricity for a power supply of devices solar batteries are used. It became known on July 3, 2020.
Storage of fuel are two tanks, each of 400 liters. Except valves for reset of excessive pressure, a tank were not equipped with either fuel level sensors, or the system of calculation of the issued diesel. The oilfield services company considered on regulations, and controlled the volume of the remained fuel proceeding from the number of gas stations. It also caused unauthorized drainings, errors in calculations and big expenditure for a covering of losses.
Specialists of the company integrator collected the following scheme: solar batteries charge accumulators with the built-in device of control. Further from them there is a power supply on the fuel level sensor (FLS) and terminals. DUT managed to be integrated with terminals thanks to an open script of Easy Logic for connection of the periphery.
As a result fuel tanks are equipped with the independent power source and the lack of the electric power on an object is not a noise for correct system operation regardless of weather conditions. Now the customer company can keep exact monitoring and account of the issued fuel, it was succeeded to get rid of the problems connected with theft and drainings of diesel fuel.
Alexey Beyfus, technical director of Sovremennye tekhnologii LLC:
We made a choice for benefit of Galileosky terminals because of functionality and also existence of two SIM cards. Moreover, they perfectly prove to be during the work in severe conditions and do not allow spaces in control and data transmission. Galileosky — one of the Russian developers of the equipment for monitoring of transport delivering products since 2008. The company works in 50 countries of the world. |
