2020: Transition to e-document flow

SKB Kontur reported on October 5, 2020 that it helped FM Logistic to increase a share of electronic document management in the company.

The FM Logistic company in Russia began transition to electronic document management (e-document flow) in 2015. For the entire period more than 80,000 electronic documents are sent, and paperless exchange is configured more than from 50% of partners. So, a half of outgoing accounts is transferred in electronic form.

In the company note that start of e-document flow helped to accelerate document transfer to clients and to provide the guaranteed obtaining originals.

At the first stage document flow with clients is automated: in electronic form UPD, supporting documents, accounts, reconciliation statements, industry and other document types go. For convenient work with electronic documents directly in accounting systems SAP 1C solutions on integration Circuit. DiadocCircuit.ERP and the module for 1C are also implemented.

For October, 2020 the logistic provider develops e-document flow with suppliers and contractors — automates process of receiving and processing of accounts in electronic form. Also in FM Logistic internal document flow is digitized, in particular, expense reports of employees are certified by the electronic signature.

First of all in FM Logistic work with accounts and agreements was adjusted. For further optimization several directions are considered. Transfer to an electronic form of industry acts of acceptance to storage and return of inventory items will help to simplify and accelerate document creation in a warehouse. Automatic loading of a packet of incoming documents and setup of approval in the company will reduce the volume of work of employees who are responsible for exchange of documents with suppliers.

FM Logistic actively develops and popularizes electronic document management not only among partners, but also among audience there are business communities. The format of remote work will promote transition to paperless document flow, and business will estimate all its opportunities.
