- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting

- Training in group at office of the customer
- Installation and setup of the DBMS server
- Installation and setup system and network software
The Following Functions Were Automated:
- Accounting and document storage
- Accounting and control of execution of instructions
- Accounting of agreements
Maintenance:
- Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
- Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
- Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
Description
FM Lozhistik Vostok Ltd – the exemplary logistic partner in the Russian market, being c of the beginning of the 90th years the recognized expert in the field of logistics. Since the beginning of the 90th years the FM Lozhistik Vostok Ltd company introduced the know-how which gained recognition of large retail chain stores, the enterprises working in the field of electronics and high technologies, the food industry, hygiene and cosmetics, producers of the consumer goods, luxury goods and health care on the Russian market.
For all the time of a company performance in the Russian market the huge archive of agreements was formed. Systematization of documents, accounting and control of their validity period and also control of process of approval of agreements was required. The company management made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management. The 1C: Document Flow software product, t was selected. to in the company there are already configurations which work at 1C: Enterprise platform. Specialists of FM-Logistic company developed technical specifications on system implementation 1C: Document Flow. These technical specifications were sent in a row companies franchisees 1C for obtaining commercial offers. As a result of studying of commercial offers on implementation 1C: Document Flow by the contractor of this project selected the company the First BIT.
In the project progress the following works were performed: 1. Initial filling of the database. Within this stage loading of reference books was executed: Correspondents, Users, Positions, Structure of the organization. Reference books were completed: document types, contractors of roles. Folders of internal documents and document templates are configured. 2. Completion of a configuration. Within this stage completion of a system for implementation of process of approval of agreements which consists of different stages was executed. At each stage automatic substitution of the signer depending on details of the agreement and according to structure of the company is executed. 3. Completion of a configuration. At this stage completion of a system for substitution in the approved agreement of designating symbol which demonstrates that this document is approved and protected from changes was executed. 4. Setup of the rights. Tuning of the rights according to a matrix of competences was performed. 5. Training of employees. At this stage training of key staff and system administrators was organized. 6. Transfer of archive. At this stage processing on loading of electronic archive of agreements which was stored in the company in Excel document type with hyperlinks to the scan copy of the original was developed. Loading of this archive in a system was executed.
At the moment a system is put into commercial operation, the staff of FM-Logistic company actively works in the program, approval of agreements is executed. Maintenance of a system is executed, there are consultations on work with a system.
